Return & Refund Policy

At Scribble Kart, every product is custom-made just for you. We work hard to deliver great quality, but since our items are printed on demand, we only accept returns or exchanges under certain conditions.

🎯 Eligibility for Return or Replacement
We offer a return or replacement only if:

The item is damaged or defective

There is a printing error

You received the wrong product or size

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

📸 How to Request a Return
Email us at info.scribblekart@gmail.com with:

Your Order ID

Clear photos of the issue (e.g., damage, misprint, wrong item)

A brief description of the problem

Once approved, the refund will be credited into your original method of payment within 10 days

Once approved, the replaced product will be delivered within 15 days

Once approved the exchanged product will be delivered within 15 days 

Once approved the store credit will be credited into store account within 3 days

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Size issues due to wrong selection by the customer
(Please refer to our size chart before placing an order)

Change of mind

Slight color variation due to screen/display differences

🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer size exchanges as all pieces are made-to-order.
